"Bad timing made the fees even more frustrating"
I might’ve caught it at a bad time, but the way the fees were shown really threw me off. I felt like I had to click around and dig too much just to figure out what the actual cost was. It wasn’t very clear, and since I was already in a rush, it just made the whole thing more annoying. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I closed my account and it was painless. It took about a day, which was a little annoying, but I think part of that was just bad timing on my end. Support was decent and got it handled without much fuss.

The info they gave was actually accurate, which was a relief because I’m so tired of companies making things sound way better than they really are. Nothing really surprised me, and it lined up with my experience for the most part.

I’m not even sure if this was on my first call or the follow-up, since the whole timeline got a little muddled, but my account manager came across rushed. They sounded annoyed at times, which made the conversation feel awkward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t feel very professional.

"Works fine, but not the smoothest"
I mean, it does the job for the most part. My trades usually go through without any big drama, but a couple times the order took a bit longer than I expected and the price I got wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be. Kind of annoying when the market is moving fast, because that little delay can mess things up. For regular, slower trades it’s pretty much okay, just don’t expect it to be perfect every time.

I used lionsgatelimited.com and, to be fair, they did reply when I reached out. I mostly paid attention to the instructions and next steps, and that’s where I felt a little unsure at times. A couple of messages weren’t super clear, so I ended up asking the same question again just to make sure I understood what to do next. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I think the communication could be a bit more direct and easier to follow

"Felt like the goalposts kept moving"
I only reached out to get some basic info, but quickly it turned into a bunch of calls and pressure to decide right away. The person was nice enough at the start, but then it became this whole “you need to choose today” thing, and the deal suddenly might disappear if I waited.
What bothered me most was that the goalposts kept moving. Every time I asked to think it over, there was a new reason I had to act fast. Maybe that works for some people, but I don’t like being rushed when money is involved. I ended up backing off because it felt more like sales pressure than actual help.

The onboarding was okay overall. I was able to get through it without too much trouble, and most of the steps made sense, but a few parts weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. I had to go back and reread a couple of things to figure out what to do next. The support info was there, but it didn’t really stand out right away. Compared to some competitors I’ve used, the process felt a little less polished and intuitive. Not a bad experience, just not especially impressive either.

I guess it was okay overall, but the risk warnings felt a bit too vague for my liking. I had to click around and do some digging to really understand what the concerns were. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish that part had been more upfront.

"Pretty accurate, just not always quick"
Overall, the statements seem mostly right and the numbers match what I’m expecting, which is the main thing. The only issue is that updates can be a little delayed sometimes, so I’ll check back later and then it’s finally there. Not a huge deal, though it can be mildly annoying if you’re trying to keep track of everything in the moment. Kind of like waiting for coffee to cool down and then forgetting about it completely.
